Job summary

Prudential Syariah in Jakarta is seeking a proactive project administration assistant to support product projects. You will help maintain timelines, track progress, and coordinate with the Product Team to ensure milestones are met.

You will draft minutes, manage MoMs, prepare Excel reports, and provide ad-hoc support to keep project delivery smooth. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and monitoring project timelines to ensure all projects are on track according to the schedule.
• Update project trackers and highlight potential delays or overlapping timelines.
• Follow up on project progress with the Product Team and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for ongoing Product Projects.
• Setting Meeting
• Create and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action items.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of Excel-based reports (timeline, progress, status).
• Assist with basic analysis related to project status, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide additional project and administrative support as required by the Product Project Implementation team.
