You will manage cross-functional projects from ideation through launch, monitor performance, and ensure financial and regulatory alignment. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in Product Management or related fields.
• Experience across FMCG/consumer goods or related industries.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual product portfolio strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align scope, timelines and resources.
• Monitor portfolio performance and translate insights into actions.
• Ensure product specifications, packaging, claims and regulatory requirements are met.
