Job summary

SIGMATECH is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive backlog management and translate business needs into clear requirements for digital banking products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in similar roles, strong communication, and a solid understanding of API integration and transaction workflows in corporate banking contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in Digital Banking / Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking.
• Strong understanding of Product Backlog Management, including Epic, Feature, User Story, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Ready (DoR).
• Experienced in Agile/Scrum practices, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Strong ability in Requirement Analysis and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Experienced in stakeholder management, negotiation, prioritization, and managing different business/IT expectations.
• Have a good understanding of Digital Banking / Corporate Banking, particularly transaction or payment processes.
• Understand basic API / system integration concepts and able to communicate effectively with technical/development teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
