Job summary

MIFX is a pioneer trading platform in Indonesia seeking a results-driven professional for Trading Operations. You will optimize trading configurations and analyze issues in real-time to minimize disruptions.

You will also provide hands-on support, reconcile data, and ensure accuracy of reports for finance and operations teams. The role requires a 3+ year background in trading operations or related fields, with experience on trading platforms and financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required.
• Minimal 3 years in trading operations or related roles.
• Experience with trading platforms and financial systems is preferred.

What will you do:

• Optimize trading configurations.
• Analyze trading or tracing issues in real-time, giving applicable solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Provide hands‑on operational support, including troubleshooting system issues and conducting reconciliation checks.
• Leverage financial knowledge to interpret and validate report content.
• Regularly audit and maintain accuracy of operational and financial reports.

What you will need:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trading Operations, Product Operations, Dealing, Settlement, Business Operations, or a related role.
• Experience working with trading platforms, financial systems, or operational support functions.
• Experience in reconciliation, reporting, and operational process improvement initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Technology, and Finance.
• Experience in the Forex, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Fintech industry is an advantage.
