Job summary

Blibli seeks a Product Manager – Warehouse Management System (WMS) to own the warehouse product roadmap and drive capabilities across inventory, inbound/outbound, and fulfillment operations. You will collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and logistics partners to build scalable solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include product discovery, requirement management, PRD creation, and translating business needs into technical specs.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of Product Management experience, preferably within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or related logistics environments.
• Proven experience owning or managing Warehouse Management System (WMS) products and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations: inventory management, receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, stock movement.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex business requirements from multiple operational stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills with ability to produce PRDs, workflows, maps, and functional specs.
• Fluency in English is a must.

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements from Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Logistics stakeholders.
• Translate operational requirements into PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and product specs.
• Partner with Engineering teams to deliver scalable warehouse management solutions across inventory, inbound/outbound, picking, packing, replenishment, stock transfer, and fulfillment processes.
• Drive continuous improvements by identifying process gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives including Cold Storage WMS, fulfillment center expansion, omnichannel operations, and inventory enhancements.
• Act as the key product liaison between business users and technology teams, translating requirements into technical solutions.

As a Product Manager – Warehouse Management System (WMS), you will own and drive the development of warehouse and fulfillment capabilities that power Blibli's supply chain operations. You will work closely with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and business stakeholders to build scalable solutions that improve inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, operational efficiency, and fulfillment performance.

This role is responsible for product discovery, requirement management, roadmap prioritization, delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous product improvement across warehouse management, fulfillment operations, inbound, outbound, inventory, and cold storage initiatives.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience owning or managing Warehouse Management System (WMS) products and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and stock movement processes.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex business requirements from multiple operational stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce structured PRDs, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Ability to balance business needs, operational requirements, and technical constraints when making product decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
