Job summary

Sea Labs Indonesia is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Shopee Search & Recommendation to drive scalable enhancements and AI-powered capabilities. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, BI, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into concrete product requirements.

You will own media-related capabilities, improve dashboards, and contribute to scalable, reliable systems while working with global teams in a dynamic space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, BI, and stakeholders to deliver scalable enhancements.
• Improve internal dashboards and reporting for accurate metric definitions and visibility.
• Drive AI-powered capability integrations into production with evaluation frameworks.
• Own product requirements for media-related capabilities including SDKs and playback.
• Strengthen platform infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cross-surface integration.
• Translate business objectives and technical opportunities into clear PRDs.
