Job summary

Traveloka seeks a talented Product Manager to lead customer-facing mobile apps and desktop web platforms. You will drive product vision, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to deliver scalable, high-performance experiences for travelers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product management, 3+ years on consumer apps/web, experience in travel/e-commerce, and a proven track record of data-driven decision-making and successful launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years in product management with 3+ years on customer-facing apps/web.
Experience in travel, e-commerce, or high-traffic consumer apps.
Proven cross-platform UX, app performance, and API-driven development.
Experience designing and running experiments (A/B tests).
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking, with launches track record.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

Contribute to product vision and strategy across customer-facing Apps and Desktop lines.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Guide and mentor junior team members and collaborate with engineering.
Define technical requirements to ensure scalability and performance.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and UX trend reviews.
Design, run, and analyze experiments to validate hypotheses.
Work with UX/UI designers and data scientists on cohesive strategies.
Prioritize features and manage backlog with senior oversight.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous technical improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
