Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any major; CS/IS/data science/design backgrounds are a plus.
• Interest in digital products and identity verification; understand user needs and business scenarios.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving; Excel/Sheets familiarity a plus.
• Clear requirement writing, workflow mapping, and ability to explain issues; prototyping/flowchart tools a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to learn new domains quickly and own tasks.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis and problem definition: gather business needs, user feedback, and issues in verification flows and document requirements clearly.
• Product solution and experience design: help design and improve workflows for identity verification capabilities such as document recognition and liveness detection; prepare PRDs, flowcharts, and prototypes.
• Cross-functional execution: collaborate with engineering, algorithm, design, risk, and security teams on reviews, development, testing, launch validation, and issue resolution.
• Data and feedback analysis: organize process data and user feedback, assess verification outcomes and experience issues, and recommend improvements.
• Industry research and knowledge sharing: track identity verification developments, AI-related risks, and industry products; support research and documentation.

• Data and feedback analysis: Organize process data, user feedback, and exception cases help assess verification outcomes and experience issues, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Industry research and knowledge sharing: Track developments in identity verification, AI-related risks, and industry products support competitive research, solution evaluation, and product documentation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree. All majors are welcome backgrounds in computer science, information systems, data science, design, or related fields are a plus.
• Interest in product management: Interested in digital products and identity verification, and willing to understand user needs, business scenarios, and technical implementation.
• Logical and analytical skills: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities able to draw clear conclusions from data and evidence. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
• Documentation and communication: Able to write clear requirements, map workflows, and explain issues accurately. Experience with prototyping or flowchart tools is a plus.
• Adaptability and ownership: Proactive and detail-oriented able to learn new domains quickly, keep tasks on track, and raise risks promptly.
