Job summary

Hangry is seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level product support professional to help with planning, documenting requirements, and coordinating with engineering and design teams in Jakarta. The role is ideal for a final-year student or fresh graduate with exposure to Agile/Scrum and strong analytical thinking.

You will assist in maintaining PRDs and user stories, track sprint progress, and help turn user feedback into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, any major (Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or similar analytical background is a plus)
• Prior internship experience in Product, Business Analyst, Project Management, or IT-related roles is a plus
• Familiar with basic Agile/Scrum concepts; comfortable with spreadsheets, and familiarity with Jira/Notion/Figma is a plus
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, good communication, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and write clear professional documentation/emails
