Job summary

Exclusive Networks in Jakarta is seeking a Product Manager – Fortinet to drive a 3X funnel and coordinate with vendors and sales teams. The role emphasizes presenting solutions to partners and end users, managing quotations, and coordinating pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage a 3X funnel based on vendor’s set revenue targets.
• Schedule and drive fortnightly pipeline reviews with Vendor team.
• Maintain and ensure accurate Deal Registration status for opportunities from end users and partners.
• Independently present vendor’s solution to partners and end users.
• Prepare quotations and costing files for order loadings.
• Qualify need for POC and coordinate demos and pre-sales resources.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Reporting to Business Manager, the role will be responsible to develop, maintain and manage a 3X funnel based on vendor’s set revenue targets, quantify marketing investments, drive and set objectives for each marketing activity

As the Product Manager, you will:

• Develop, maintain and manage a 3X funnel based on vendor’s set revenue target
• Schedule and drive fortnightly pipeline reviews with Vendor team.
• Maintain, update and ensure Deal Registration status of opportunities from named/non-named end user accounts and partners’ leads are up-to-date and accurate
• Independently present vendor’s solution to partners and end users during the meeting
• Prepare and/or supervise preparation of quotations and costing file for order loadings
• Qualify need for POC, coordinate and arrange demo unit, pre-sales resource

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Product Manager:

• Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent
• Proven track record in achieving and often exceeding sales target
• 3-5 years of experience in product manager or account manager would be preferred
• Experience in sales forecast accuracy and operational excellence
• Highly motivated, results oriented, resourceful with lots of initiative
• Ability to motivate staff and influence their tasks to align with organizational goals and priorities
