About the role

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Biotechnology

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management in laboratory, preferably in the coating, plastic, or food industries

Strong understanding of product development and go-to-market processes

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions

Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management

Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
