Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance, business, accounting or related majors preferred.
• 3+ years of product-related work experience in retail, financing lease, or related fields.
• Strong communication, coordination, execution, professionalism and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design products and build a practical product system to support financing lease business and group automotive sales.
• Formulate product marketing and promotion plans to drive business growth.
• Monitor data of launched products, detect abnormal data and adjust to ensure profitability.
• Complete tasks assigned by leadership and deliver product launches on time.
• Adjust products timely based on industry peer information.

• Responsible for product design, establishing a practical product system to support financing lease business development and group automotive sales.
• Responsible for formulating product marketing and promotion plans to support business growth.
• Responsible for monitoring data of all launched products, promptly identifying products with abnormal data and making targeted adjustments to ensure product profitability.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
• Complete product launch tasks assigned by leadership on time.
• Adjust products in a timely manner based on industry peer information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Finance, business, accounting, or related majors preferred.
• Possess certain vehicle retail business market resources; strong ambition, sense of responsibility, pioneering and innovative spirit, and high execution ability.
• 3+ years of product-related work experience; retail, financing lease, or other product experience preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills, execution ability, professionalism, and team spirit.
