Job summary

PixleByte Sports Venture seeks a Product Manager to lead fan-engagement digital products, starting with the PERSIB app, and expanding to other clubs. You will own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, shaping a reusable multi-club platform.

In a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment, you’ll turn ambiguity into concrete proposals, drive alignment, and push for data-driven decisions. Collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and operations will deliver user-centric

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in CS, Engineering, Business, or Finance.
2–5 years in product management for consumer digital platforms.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate disagreement.
Comfort with ambiguity and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage the product suite (mobile app, website, digital memberships) for PERSIB.
Define a roadmap toward a reusable multi-club fan-engagement platform.
Turn ambiguity into concrete proposals and drive alignment.
Lead agile delivery with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, ops).
Conduct market research to refine product-market fit.
Coordinate go-to-market with marketing and operations.
