Job summary

Krom is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own core banking product initiatives from discovery to launch in Jakarta. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet regulatory standards.

You will define requirements, write PRDs and user stories, and manage roadmaps while balancing business priorities with technical feasibility. Strong analytical skills and SQL knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience in fintech or banking.
• Strong analytical skills with data-informed decision making using SQL/BigQuery.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work with engineers on APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile product development.

n As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, Risk, Finance, Business Development, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant core banking capabilities. You will own products from discovery through launch, balancing bank needs, business priorities, and technical considerations while driving execution across multiple stakeholders.

About the Role:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery, solution design, PRD creation, development, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
• Define product requirements and work closely with Engineering and Stakeholder to deliver high-quality product solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
• Drive the delivery of scalable core platform capabilities across multiple scenarios and business partners.
• Monitor product performance after launch and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback.
• Manage product roadmaps while balancing short-term business needs with long-term platform investments.
• Ensure product solutions comply with local regulations and internal governance standards across different product.

About You:

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or other technology-driven companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions by complex query using SQL or Big Query.
• Experience writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable working with engineers and able to understand technical concepts, APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile product development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Building Core Banking system (Customer, Loan, Accounting, Payment, Deposit) is a strong advantage.n
