Job summary

URBANLIFE is seeking a Product Lead for NusaSuite to serve as the main product expert outside the development team and to support Sales, Marketing, Project, and Customer Support during customer meetings and implementations.

You will build deep knowledge of features, configurations, use cases, releases, and common issues, and deliver demonstrations, training, onboarding, and troubleshooting with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in product support, implementation, solution engineering, technical training, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware technologies and the ability to diagnose device and peripheral problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver product demonstrations and onboarding at customer sites, conferences, and events.
• Active proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reliable demo environments, presentations, training materials, product guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Provide frontline technical support; reproduce issues, collect evidence, and decide resolution or escalation.
• Coordinate with Development on issues, feedback, and product requirements; follow progress and validate fixes.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, recurring issues, and support trends; prepare product reports.
• Transfer product knowledge to stakeholders and keep knowledge base accurate and current.

Supporting Sales, Marketing, Project, and Customer Support teams during customer meetings, events, implementations, and solution discussions. Building and maintaining deep knowledge of NusaSuite features, workflows, configurations, use cases, limitations, releases, and common issues.

Delivering clear presentations, product demonstrations, training, and onboarding to customers, partners, distributors, and internal teams. Leading and supervising troubleshooting, including root-cause analysis across user operation, installation, configuration, hardware, network, operating system, and application issues. Acting as the bridge between customers, internal teams, and Development so feedback, requirements, bugs, and technical escalations are clearly communicated and resolved.

Requirements

• 8. Active proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Able to learn a complex product portfolio quickly and continuously maintain knowledge of features, workflows, limitations, and releases.
• 10. Able to create and maintain structured product documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, training materials, and reports.
• 11. Strong cross-functional coordination, professional stakeholder communication, proactive ownership, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
