Qualifications

• High sense of responsibility and strong team spirit.
• Administrative management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily administrative tasks including purchase transactions, POS entries, and customer checkouts.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience.
• Handle feedback and complaints; assist in resolving daily operational issues within the team.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support the team in meeting overall sales goals.
• Provide customers with comprehensive product knowledge and usage demonstrations.
• Organize internal product knowledge training to improve the team’s overall expertise.
• Strictly follow company policies regarding asset usage, safekeeping, and inventory management.
