Job summary

Hangry is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator in Jakarta to drive ongoing projects and streamline administrative tasks. You will schedule meetings, draft minutes, prepare presentations, and build relationships with key stakeholders to support project success.

You will also conduct basic market research to inform decisions and cover follow-up calls when team leads are unavailable, ensuring smooth momentum and continuity.

Qualifications

• Final year or bachelor’s degree in any major with an interest in project management.
• 1–2 internships in F&B or startup environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong logical and structured thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up actions.
• Maintain project integrity through admin tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting MoMs, creating Google Forms, summarizing data, and crafting presentations.
