Qualifications

• Experience as a Full-stack Software Engineer or ERP/Integration engineer.
• Experience with frontend and backend development and database management.

Responsibilities

• Uncover operational problems by collaborating with users and owners to design targeted technical solutions.
• Build and develop applications, interfaces, backends, and automations for clinic service registration, sales management, HR and Finance workflows.
• Integrate systems connecting service applications, payment portals, warehousing, and third-party systems via APIs, with focus on failure handling and duplicate prevention.
• Maintain data integrity and security with RBAC, input validation, identity management, and access logs for audits.
• Conduct technical testing, demos, and support UAT to ensure smooth operation of critical workflows.
• Prepare and release system changes to production with monitoring, rollback plans, and recovery procedures.
• Maintain continuous system functionality, track bugs, and evaluate application utilization with business teams.

About the Role

As a Product Engineer, you will be fully responsible for developing and maintaining innovative digital solutions that support clinic operations, commercial activities, Supply Chain, and support functions such as HR and Finance. This role requires direct involvement from uncovering and understanding user pain points, building architecture and data integration, to ensuring systems run reliably while prioritizing enterprise data security and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Uncover operational problems by collaborating directly with users, Business Systems Managers, and business process owners to design targeted technical solutions.
• Build and develop applications, interfaces, backends, and automations for various business functions such as clinic service registration, sales management, and internal HR and Finance workflows according to priorities.
• Integrate systems connecting service applications, payment portals, warehousing (supply chain), and third-party systems via APIs, focusing on failure handling and duplicate transaction prevention.
• Maintain data integrity and security by implementing role-based access control (RBAC), input validation, identity management, and access log recording for audit purposes.
• Conduct comprehensive technical testing (testing and debugging), demo work results, and support the UAT process with users to ensure the smooth operation of critical business workflows.
• Prepare and release system changes to production, complete with operational monitoring setups, rollback plan preparation, and recovery procedures in the event of an incident.
• Maintain continuous system functionality, track and resolve bug findings, and periodically evaluate application utilization benefits with the business team and process owners.

Requirements

• Strong background and experience as a Full-stack Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, Business Applications / ERP Engineer, or Integration Engineer.
• Proficient in cross-layer application development (frontend and backend) as well as Database and SQL management, including designing data structures and maintaining data schema integrity.
• Advanced expertise in API engineering and system integration covering authentication, webhook management, retry processes, and system protection against traffic spikes.
• Solid understanding of software security, particularly in restricting the visibility of sensitive data and managing credential secrets.
• Sharp understanding of business process workflows covering clinic administration services, order transaction and stock inventory management, or approval system logic in internal environments.
• Accustomed to implementing engineering collaboration practices such as utilizing version control, conducting code reviews, and writing comprehensive technical documentation.
• Proven experience in operational continuity covering normal workflow and exception anomaly testing, up to the rapid execution of service recovery.
