Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience is a plus.
- Strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, or food industry.
- Familiar with market research and product trends in Indonesia and international markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a training program to learn product development principles and processes.
- Assist the Product Development team in market research to identify trends and consumer needs.
- Support development of new product concepts, including research and idea generation.
- Assist in product sample preparation, evaluation, testing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development processes.
- Prepare product development documents, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor beauty and food industry trends to support new product initiatives.
