Job summary

Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) is seeking a Product Manager to develop and design life insurance products from ideation to launch. You will collaborate with Pricing, Actuarial, IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Distribution to ensure successful product delivery.

The role requires a bachelor degree and at least 3 years in life insurance, plus strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design life insurance products from ideation to launch.
• Prepare product documentation (Product Specification, Policy Provision, RIPLAY, PSD, OJK submissions).
• Coordinate with Pricing, Actuarial, IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Distribution teams.
• Support product approval processes with OJK, internal governance, and Group Office.
• Conduct product implementation activities including UAT and business testing.
• Monitor product performance and support post-launch reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Prudential Group standards.
