PT.SELALU BAHAGIA SEJAHTERA is seeking a Product Admin to manage and update product data in the company’s internal system. You will ensure accuracy of product names, SKUs, prices, and specifications, and maintain organized databases and documents.

This role requires at least a diploma or bachelor’s, 1 year of related experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, etc.), basic English, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1 year of experience in Product Admin or similar admin role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with formulas such as Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUM, IF.
• Basic English proficiency to operate internal system.
• Understand product knowledge and retail operations.
• Willing to work overtime and be available Monday to Sunday as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and update product data in the company's internal system.
• Ensure product information including names, SKU, prices, and specifications is accurate.
• Maintain and organize product databases and related documents.
• Prepare regular reports related to product data and updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Handle product-related feedback and ensure updates are followed up.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to product management.
