Job summary

Ajaib Group is seeking a Product Analyst to monitor onboarding and login funnels, working closely with data and analytics to keep health metrics visible and actionable. This role sits near the data layer, owning tracking fidelity and flagging significant changes to Product.

You'll work hands-on with SQL, Mixpanel, and dashboards to ensure accurate data, collaborate with Product for data-backed decisions, and contribute to onboarding analytics in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using SQL to pull and join data across sources.
• Ability to interpret funnel data and explain variances clearly to product teams.
• Strong storytelling for data-driven decisions and stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly funnel and login metrics dashboards.
• Query the database and Mixpanel to pull, validate, and reconcile funnel data.
• Maintain and update tracking dashboards and reports on a regular cadence.
• Spot anomalies or unusual drop-offs and escalate to Product with context.
