Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in procurement or information systems-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and ordering processes from selected vendors.
• Analyze inventory stock levels and assist procurement planning for main project items.
• Compare purchasing costs from suppliers to optimize spending.
• Support implementation of Integrated Management System and risk controls in the department.
• Participate in information security measures to protect company assets.
