Job summary

PT Rejeki Berkah Berlimpah Ruah is seeking a meticulous Procurement Specialist to manage high-volume purchasing in a fast-paced environment. You will handle multi-category SKUs, coordinate with multiple branches, and ensure on-time PO processing with tight SLAs.

The role requires sharp attention to price, specifications, and supplier terms, with a hands-on approach to dig deeper before deciding. Onsite work in East Jakarta (Duren Sawit), Monday through Saturday, is expected.

Qualifications

PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

We're looking for an experienced procurement professional who is used to handling high-volume, fast-paced purchasing operations and has a sharp eye for details.

You might be a strong fit if you have experience with:

• Managing around 1,000 SKUs or more across multiple categories
• Handling monthly procurement value reaching billions of rupiah
• Supporting procurement needs for multiple branches or outlets
• Working with a fast procurement SLA, ideally around 1-2 days from request to PO
• Managing multiple vendors while maintaining stock availability
• Negotiating prices and commercial terms to drive cost efficiency
• Planning purchasing budgets and forecasting future needs
• Handling urgent situations such as red-zone stock, delivery delays, and vendor shortages
• Managing both goods and service procurement

Beyond the numbers, we're looking for someone who is meticulous and naturally investigative.

Someone who notices when a price looks unusual, questions inconsistencies in specifications or quantities, compares options carefully, and is willing to dig deeper before making a purchasing decision.

You should be comfortable moving fast, but never at the expense of accuracy.
