Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to oversee procurement planning, cost analysis, and vendor management for building or infrastructure projects. The role involves evaluating bids, ensuring contract compliance, and driving continuous process improvements within large-scale construction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in quantity measurement, technical drawing analysis, cost planning, cost estimation, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, industry standards, and regulations.
• Good understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, lump sum, unit price), including variation orders and claim management.
• Familiar with procurement, tender processes, and vendor/subcontractor negotiation, with strong analytical, logical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills; QS certification (CQS, IQSI, RICS, etc.) is preferred.
