Responsibilities

• Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs.
• Maintain clear and organized records; file reports and invoices.
• Post invoices using computer programs and conduct inventory audits.
• Notify manager/supervisor of low stock levels; reconcile shipping invoices.
• Adhere to food safety policies; monitor PAR levels for all food items.
