Job summary

Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food invites a motivated student or fresh graduate to join our Procurement Fertilizer & Fuel Energy (FFE) team as an internship. You will handle purchasing administration, PR checks, PO drafting, market price collection, and vendor quotations.

You will work with large data daily, maintain stock records, and gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, Excel-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration on a full-time schedule at our Thamrin office.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student (with no active classes and flexible thesis supervision) or fresh graduate.
• Minimum GPA of 3.50.
• Available to start ASAP / September 2026.
• Able to commit to 6–12 month internship.
• Comfortable with numbers and data; able to work with tight deadlines and overtime when needed.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Check daily Purchase Requisitions (PR) in the system for Fuel, Fertilizer, Agrichemical, and Agrifood.
• Prepare draft Purchase Orders (PO) for Fuel and Agrichemical based on PR and instructions from Category Analyst.
• Collect and update market prices for Fuel and Agrichemical.
• Update and monitor stock quantities of Cangkang and Coal at the Refinery.
• Collect vendor quotations and laboratory sample analysis results.
• Prepare distribution lists for Quotation Comparison Forms (QCF).
• Prepare PCM updates based on instructions from the Category Analyst.
• Assist with other procurement and administrative tasks when needed.
