Job summary

PT Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari mencari staff pengadaan untuk mendukung pembelian barang hingga diterima klien. Tugasnya meliputi persiapan dokumen material approval, draft PO, serta dokumen administrasi proyek seperti Berita Acara Serah Terima, approval progress, checklist proyek, dan laporan progres mingguan; juga membantu tim BD untuk persiapan dokumen tender dan kolaborasi lintas tim.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan detail, kemampuan bekerja dalam tim, serta kemampuan berkoordinasi dengan tim

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 dari segala jurusan; nilai plus jurusan terkait.
• Pengalaman procurement merupakan keuntungan.
• Detail dan bisa bekerja sama dalam tim.
• Dapat bekerja erat dengan tim PE, BD, dan vendor untuk kebutuhan material proyek tepat waktu.

Responsibilities

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap pembelian barang sampai diterima klien dengan baik dan negosiasi jika diperlukan.
• Membantu tim PE mempersiapkan dokumen material approval & draft PO.
• Membuat dokumen administrasi proyek: Berita Acara Serah Terima, Approval progress, checklist proyek, weekly progress.
• Membantu tim BD mempersiapkan dokumen keperluan tender.

• Betanggung jawab terhadap pembelian barang sampai dengan barang diterima klien dengan baik (dan negosiasi jika diperlukan)
• Membantu tim PE mempersiapkan dokumen material approval & draft PO
• Membuat dokumen administrasi proyek: Berita Acara Serah Terima, Approval progress, checklist project, weekly progress
• Membantu tim BD mempersiapkan dokumen keperluan tender

Minimum Qualifications

• S1 dari segala jurusan (teknik sipil, arsitektur atau interior designer menjadi nilai plus)
• Memiliki pengalaman procurement
• Menguasai Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
• Detail dan dapat bekerja sama dalam tim
• Dapat bekerja erat dengan tim Project Engineer, Business Development, dan vendor untuk memastikan seluruh kebutuhan material proyek komersial terpenuhi tepat waktu
