Job summary

PT. GOTION GREEN ENERGY SOLUTIONS INDONESIA seeks a Process Engineer to oversee production processes in the PACK workshop. You will standardize on-site operations, verify new project processes, and optimize documentation to drive efficiency.

The role involves training production staff, supervising process discipline, and supporting internal and external audits to ensure standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each process of the PACK workshop to grasp the production process.
• Verify processes for new projects, prepare work instructions, and optimize process documents.
• Train production employees on process methods.
• Provide process guidance to relevant personnel in each production stage and tackle abnormal problems.
• Conduct internal process discipline inspections and support external audits.

Responsible for process verification of new projects, preparation of work instructions, optimization of process documents, and process training for production employees;

Responsible for the process guidance of relevant personnel in each process of production, and analyze and deal with abnormal problems;

Conduct internal process discipline inspections to ensure the standardization of production operations; Complete the work related to external audits

Job Requirements
