Job summary

PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life in Jakarta is seeking a current student or recent graduate to join our data & operations team as a data analyst intern. You will support process improvement, analyze data, and help automate manual tasks.

Key tasks include preparing reports, developing tools, assisting in data cleansing, and coordinating UAT with users during implementation. Proficiency in Python/SQL and Google Apps Script is preferred, with opportunities to learn Looker Studio and other analytics

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiar with Python, SQL, Google Apps Script, or VBA.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Colab, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support operational process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain tools/programs to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Assist in data cleansing, validation, and management activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with users during implementation.
