Qualifikationen

- WFO 3x/week and WFH 2x/week in Setiabudi, South Jakarta; 6 months internship.
- Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented.
- Able to speak and write Bahasa and English.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Excel: intermediate/advanced a plus).
- Basic Insurance knowledge and experience in Policy Holder Services preferred.
Aufgaben
- Update daily list of potential FWA cases.
- Review and correct billing descriptions.
- Support data summarization and analysis for reporting purposes.
- Analyze excessive claim amounts for fraud indicators.
- Create big data summaries using Pivot Tables.
