Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define future-state visual identity, interaction quality, and design standards across retail, wealth, and business banking platforms.
• Bridge brand strategy and product experience to shape how next-generation digital banking looks, feels, and behaves on iOS, Android, and web.
• Establish premium UI, typography, motion, and interaction patterns; translate high-fidelity concepts into scalable components, templates, and design system assets.
• Collaborate with Design System Lead and engineering teams to ensure design excellence is delivered in production.
• Mentor designers, lead UI critique forums, and elevate the overall standard of visual execution across the organisation.
