Job summary

Hitachi Energy Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Primary Engineer to lead HV substation design for EPC and utility projects in Jakarta. A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years' primary engineering experience are required, with strong knowledge of substations, switchgear, transformers, and grounding.

You will prepare and review deliverables, perform calculations, collaborate with project managers and suppliers, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring designs comply with Hitachi

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of high-voltage substations, switchgear, transformers, busbar arrangements, grounding systems, and electrical plant design.
• Experience delivering engineering solutions for EPC, utility, renewable energy, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency with engineering design tools and software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Bentley applications, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
