Job summary

You will ensure feeders and boards are loaded for the next run, monitor solder paste application, and maintain documentation. Basic quality checks and adherence to safety rules are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; six months to one year of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required job-related certifications.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment for Jabil assemblies.
• Perform routine equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment.
• Coordinate with team to prepare machines per set-up sheets.
• Load boards, feeders, and continue parts loading for next run.
• Maintain solder screen printer and use LSM machine to check solder paste.
• Enter data into CIQ system and keep documentation up to date.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; monitor rejects daily.
• May perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Adhere to safety rules and company security procedures.
