Job summary

Kumparan in Jakarta seeks an experienced Corporate Communications and Partnerships professional to shape our external voice and strategic alliances. You will plan, coordinate, and report on PR and partnership initiatives that align with company strategy.

You will manage relationships with media, government bodies, brands, and communities, and develop compelling materials such as press releases and talking points while driving measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Prior internship in Corporate Communication, PR, Strategic Partnership, or related field is required.
• Experience in developing and executing PR, corporate communication, or partnership programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, with experience creating communication materials such as press releases and social media content.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to evaluate partnership opportunities and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop PR and external corporate communication plans based on company strategy and business needs.
• Develop strategic partnership plans with stakeholders, media, government institutions, BUMN/BUMD, educational institutions, public figures, brands/companies, and communities.
• Execute PR and partnership programs, including planning, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and reporting.
• Develop corporate communication materials, including press releases, social media content, management talking points, and other external communications.
• Manage kumparan’s participation in national and international awards and recognition programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic external partners to strengthen kumparan’s corporate image.
• Manage non-commercial partnerships, including content collaborations, built-in products, collaboration booths, and other initiatives.
• Review and provide recommendations on proposed and ongoing partnerships to ensure mutual benefits for kumparan.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular program performance reports and improvement recommendations.
