Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Public Relations professional to build and sustain media relationships, craft compelling PR content, and coordinate coverage for concerts and productions. You will work with Marketing, Creative, and Operations to align campaigns with publicity efforts.
The role requires 2–4 years of PR/communications experience, excellent English, and a strong network in local media. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is essential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, editors, and relevant industry contacts.
Develop and maintain a network of media contacts across relevant print, digital, broadcast, and online platforms.
Prepare and distribute press releases, media alerts, press kits, publicity materials, and other PR communications.
Develop and maintain media partnerships and collaborations to increase visibility and publicity for the company and its productions.
Coordinate with media and journalists to secure and manage media coverage for concerts, events, productions, and company initiatives.
Coordinate interviews, media invitations, press attendance, media visits, and other publicity activities.
Monitor media coverage and maintain records of published articles, features, interviews, and other media exposure.
Monitor public and media sentiment and identify potential reputation risks or emerging issues.
Support the development and execution of reputation management and PR strategies.
Support crisis communications in coordination with the COO and relevant departments.
Ensure external communications and publicity materials are accurate, consistent, timely, and aligned with the company’s approved messaging.
Work closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to align PR activities with upcoming campaigns, concerts, and productions.
Proficiency in English is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in public relations, media relations, communications, or a similar role.
Proven experience building and maintaining media and journalist relationships.
Strong understanding of PR, media relations, publicity, and communications practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong press release and PR copywriting skills.
Good understanding of the local media landscape and ability to develop meaningful media connections.
Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Able to manage multiple PR activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Good judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive or reputational matters.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in entertainment, concerts, events, hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
