Job summary

Alamii Food is seeking a detail-oriented PPIC Staff in Jakarta to orchestrate production plans and inventory control. You will work with Production, Warehouse, and R&D to ensure plans meet demand, optimize material usage, and prevent shortages while tracking progress and data accuracy.

The role requires a minimum bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering and at least 2 years of PPIC/production planning experience in FMCG. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC / Production Planning / Supply Chain, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Good understanding of production planning, inventory management, and material planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and numbers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP / inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor production plans based on sales forecasts, demand, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, R&D, and other teams to align with business needs.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchasing for materials as required.
• Track production progress and identify delays or supply issues.
• Maintain accurate production planning, inventory, and material data in the system.
• Analyze sales forecasts and inventory data to anticipate material needs.
• Support capacity planning and production scheduling.
• Prepare regular reports on production planning, material availability, and inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy and inventory efficiency.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive professional to join our team as a PPIC Staff.

What You Will Do:

Prepare and monitor production plans based on sales forecasts, demand, and inventory levels

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, R&D, and other relevant teams to ensure production plans are aligned with business needs

Monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure materials are available according to production requirements

Monitor inventory levels and material usage to prevent shortages or overstock

Track production progress and identify potential delays or supply issues

Maintain accurate production planning, inventory, and material data in the system

Analyze sales forecasts and inventory data to anticipate production and material requirements

Support capacity planning and production scheduling

Prepare regular reports related to production planning, material availability, and inventory

Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, inventory efficiency, and overall operational processes

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC / Production Planning / Supply Chain, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing
