Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a seasoned Production Planning and Inventory Control professional to join our Indonesian operations in Jakarta. You will oversee delivery progress, production schedules, stock levels, and PPIC reporting, ensuring on-time fulfillment for our clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production planning, strong organization, and English communication. You will coordinate with related departments, investigate delays, and maintain accurate stock reports to support

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Business English proficiency (speaking and writing).
• Knowledge of production processes: press, assembling, packing and delivery.
• Familiarity with PPIC systems.
• 5+ years experience in production planning and inventory control.
• At least 3 years at the same employer.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery progress vs production plan.
• Coordinate meetings to resolve delivery or stock issues.
• Oversee monthly stocktaking and reporting.
• Oversee stock materials and purchase request quantities.
• Create and control production and material stock schedules.
• Prepare PPIC progress reports monthly for management.
• Investigate production problems and delays in orders.
• Coordinate with related departments to resolve issues.

• Coordination With Related Department To Solve Problem

Requirement

• Strong interpersonal & organization skill
