Job summary

PT ARISAMANDIRI PRATAMA seeks an experienced PPIC Manager to lead production planning, inventory control, and customer service at our Demak facility in Jawa Tengah. This full-time role coordinates between planning, purchasing, warehouse and service teams to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

You will oversee demand forecasting, schedule optimization, and KPI analysis while guiding and developing the PPIC team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in production planning, inventory control, or similar management roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with PPIC systems and software, including MRP or ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and demand forecasting techniques.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all departments.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and systems to track materials and finished goods.
• Analyze KPIs related to production efficiency, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and develop PPIC team members with guidance and training.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PPIC Manager to join our team at our Demak facility in Jawa Tengah. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to take a strategic leadership role in our Production Planning, Inventory Control and Customer Service operations. As PPIC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination between production planning, inventory management, and customer requirements, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is fundamental to our operational success and directly impacts our ability to deliver products on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive production planning strategies to meet customer demand whilst optimising inventory levels
• Manage and coordinate inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels, reduce waste, and improve cash flow

• Lead, supervise, and develop PPIC team members, providing guidance and training to enhance team performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all PPIC functions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for
