Job summary

Beca invites applications for a Power Systems Drafter in our Jakarta office. You will support high-quality electrical design using AutoCAD and 3D drafting on projects across Asia Pacific.

Ideal candidates hold a tertiary qualification (SMK, D3, or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering) and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong English, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Completed tertiary or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in drafting or design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D drafting; Inventor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce routine drawings under guidance of senior engineers.
• Develop CAD skills to produce compliant drawings.
• Understand clients’ drawing management systems and standards.
• Communicate progress to team leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage time effectively and maintain quality in deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams to support Asia Pacific projects.
