Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental or Engineering fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in power infrastructure construction projects.
• Valid Ahli K3 Umum (Kemnaker) or BNSP K3 Supervisor Level.
• Certified Ahli K3 Listrik (Electrical Safety).
• Certified Auditor for SMK3 or ISO 45001.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, hazard identification, and HIRADC.
• Proficient in preparing incident reports and on-site safety training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of HSE policies and procedures on site.
• Conduct routine inspections of working conditions, PPE, and safety equipment.
• Prepare and deliver reports on work accidents, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs to workers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project team and third parties to ensure HSE compliance.
• Conduct accident investigations and formulate preventive measures.
• Ensure all environmental and safety permits are obtained and fulfilled.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to HSE.
