JAPFA Group is seeking a dedicated Farm Operations Manager for its CF Lengkong site in Indonesia. You will oversee the commercial henhouse, ensuring healthy flocks, optimal production, and strict adherence to policies and industry regulations.

You will lead farm staff, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with veterinarians, nutritionists, and logistics to optimize overall farm efficiency. A relevant degree and 3+ years in poultry farming are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Poultry Science, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in commercial poultry farming with at least 1 year in supervision/management.
• Strong understanding of poultry health, nutrition and welfare.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent record-keeping and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of biosecurity protocols and implementation.
• Ability to work with MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Capable of working independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays; relocation to CF Lengkong area may be required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the commercial henhouse for efficient, profitable production.
• Ensure chicken health, welfare, and adherence to SOPs and company policies.
• Supervise and train farm staff; monitor safety protocols.
• Maintain records of production data, feed use, mortality, and other metrics.
• Enforce biosecurity measures to prevent disease and protect flock health.
• Manage inventory and procurement of feed, medications, and supplies.
• Coordinate facility and equipment inspections; plan maintenance/repairs.
• Ensure compliance with animal welfare and environmental regulations.
• Prepare regular farm performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, nutritionists, and logistics for efficiency.
