Job summary

Inovasi Informatika Indonesia, PT is seeking a PostgreSQL Database Administrator to join our data team in Jakarta. You will develop, administer, and maintain production PostgreSQL databases, ensuring availability, integrity, and security.

You will monitor health, perform backup and recovery, migrations, replication, and switchover/failover, while tuning performance and configurations and collaborating with application and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in IT/CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• Strong Linux knowledge and SQL proficiency.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL administration experience.
• Backup, recovery, replication, and security understanding.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and HA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and maintain PostgreSQL databases in production.
• Monitor database health, identify issues, and troubleshoot.
• Perform backup, recovery, migration, replication, and switchover/failover.
• Tune performance through queries and configuration adjustments.
• Ensure availability, integrity, and security; collaborate with teams.
