You will collaborate with Backend, ETL, and reporting teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and secure transaction management while aligning with CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of PostgreSQL database development experience.
• Strong SQL, relational design and data modeling skills.
• Experience with PostgreSQL functions, views, indexes, and queries.
• Knowledge of query optimization, performance tuning, transactions and concurrency.
• Familiarity with database migration, version control and Git/CI-CD.
• Experience supporting backend development or ETL.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration abilities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PostgreSQL database objects such as tables, views, functions, and queries.
• Design and optimize database structures based on application needs.
• Perform SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and proper transaction management.
• Collaborate with Backend, ETL, reporting, and integration teams.
• Troubleshoot database issues and support migrations and deployments.
