The role oversees both commercial and hotel operations, builds strong relationships with owners, investors, and partners, and drives performance through strategic leadership, cost control, and governance across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry with leadership in multi-property groups.
• Strong background in Commercial and Hotel Operations.
• Experience as Corporate GM or Director-level hospitality leadership preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel P&L, revenue management, sales, and operations.

• Build and maintain relationships with hotel/property owners, investors, partners, and stakeholders.

• Identify expansion opportunities and support new hotel partnerships and management deals.
• Establish hospitality operating standards, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Lead and develop the corporate hospitality team, coordinating with Property teams.

• Oversee both commercial and hotel operations functions, including Sales, Revenue, MICE, Operations, F&B, Engineering, and Business Development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel/property owners, investors, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive hotel portfolio performance through effective commercial strategy, operational excellence, and cost management.
• Identify business expansion opportunities and support the development of new hotel partnerships and management opportunities.
• Establish hospitality operating standards, governance, and performance monitoring across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop the corporate hospitality team and ensure strong collaboration between Corporate and Property teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with significant leadership exposure in a hotel group or multi-property environment.
• Strong background across both Commercial and Hotel Operations.
• Previous experience as Corporate GM, Cluster/Area GM, Director of Operations, Commercial Director, or equivalent senior hospitality leadership role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel P&L, revenue management, sales, MICE, operational standards, and property performance.
• Established network with hotel/property owners, investors, and hospitality industry stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
