Job summary

Samudera Indonesia seeks an experienced engineer to oversee port operations, ship movements, and safety protocols. You will analyze performance data to drive efficiency and mentor team members to strengthen capabilities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, with at least five years of relevant experience and fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken. This is a full-time role based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, written and spoken.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, SketchUp, SAP2000/ETABS.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork with strong communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage ship arrivals/departures and regulate port movements.
• Provide facilities and safety procedures for ships, cargo, and workers.
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and mentor team members through coaching and guidance.
