Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Production Team Lead (Polymer) to oversee daily polymer production operations in Indonesia. You will lead and coach the production team, ensuring safety is the top priority while meeting production schedules and quality targets.

You will drive improvements in yield, productivity, and cost efficiency, support TPM and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering specifications. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience managing chemical reaction processes and/or chemical products.
• Experience in chemical, polymer, specialty chemical, or other process manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of production safety, quality, yield, and manufacturing processes.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, TPM, or SAP is an advantage.
• Understanding of manufacturing cost/financial measurements is a plus.
• Open to Indonesian candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the production team to achieve production schedules with safety as the first priority.
• Ensure safety procedures and standards are consistently followed.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities.
• Monitor and improve production quality, yield, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Support TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage positive employee relations within the production team.
• Ensure raw materials and finished products comply with required quality and engineering specifications.
• Support hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) for production processes.
