Job summary

Brink’s, a global leader in secure logistics, seeks an Operations Planner for Lampung, Indonesia, to design daily routes for delivery, pickup, and ATM service and to optimize them for time and cost efficiency.

You’ll monitor fleet movements via GPS, ensure adherence to schedules and SLAs, and coordinate with branches and field crews. The role emphasizes cost control, reporting, and compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily routes for delivery, pickup, ATM service, and related activities.
• Optimize routes to improve time and cost efficiency.
• Adjust schedules based on client priorities and needs.
• Monitor fleet movements via GPS/tracking to ensure adherence to plans.
• Identify delays or deviations and initiate corrective actions.
• Control fuel usage and vehicle operating costs.
• Analyze fleet performance and field-team productivity.
• Coordinate with branches, crew, and operations teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and document incidents.
• Ensure operations comply with SOPs and security standards.

Job description

Perencanaan Rute & Jadwal Menyusun rute operasional harian (delivery, pick-up, ATM service, dll.). Mengoptimalkan rute untuk efisiensi waktu dan biaya. Menyesuaikan jadwal berdasarkan prioritas dan kebutuhan klien.

Monitoring Operasional Armada Memantau pergerakan kendaraan melalui GPS/tracking system. Mengontrol kepatuhan terhadap jadwal dan SLA. Mengidentifikasi dan menindaklanjuti keterlambatan atau deviasi rute.

Pengendalian Biaya & Efisiensi Mengontrol penggunaan BBM dan biaya operasional kendaraan. Menganalisis performa armada dan produktivitas tim lapangan. Memberikan rekomendasi peningkatan efisiensi.

Koordinasi & Komunikasi Berkoordinasi dengan branch, crew, dan tim operasional. Mengatur penggantian kendaraan atau crew bila terjadi kendala. Memberikan update operasional kepada atasan/management.

Pelaporan & Administrasi Menyusun laporan harian/mingguan terkait operasional transport. Mendokumentasikan incident report dan deviation report. Menjaga data operasional tetap akurat dan up to date.

Kepatuhan & Keamanan Memastikan operasional sesuai SOP dan standar keamanan. Mendukung investigasi jika terjadi insiden di lapangan.
