Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand and targets.
• Coordinate with production team to optimize resource utilization (equipment and workforce).
• Monitor production progress and address bottlenecks or issues with effective solutions.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure material availability and smooth workflows.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.

Job description

Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand and organisational targets

Coordinating with the production team to ensure the optimal utilization of resources, including equipment and workforce

Monitoring production progress and identifying potential bottlenecks or issues, implementing solutions to mitigate them

Analyzing production data and generating reports to provide insights and support decision-making

Collaborating with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and the smooth flow of goods

Continuously seeking opportunities to improve production processes and increase efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Production & Material Control (PMC), preferably from a toy manufacturing company

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Good communication and coordination skill

Proficient in English, Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred

Strong attention to detail

Able to work both independently and as part of a team
