Job summary

SMOORE Indonesia seeks a seasoned production planning leader to optimize PMC/ MRP processes and drive supply chain efficiency. The role coordinating production, procurement and warehousing to meet sales forecasts and customer orders.

Strong data analysis and ERP/MRP skills are essential, with proven team management experience. Responsibilities include developing plans aligned with capacity, reducing inventory risks, and guiding PMC optimization initiatives across East Java plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in PMC, Production Planning, Material Planning, or Supply Chain Mgmt.
• At least 2 years of team management experience.
• Familiar with PMC processes, MPS/MRP, inventory mgmt, and planning logic.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong data analysis skills.
• Strong cross-departmental communication and project-driving ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Production Planning (PC) and Material Planning (MC) for efficient operations.
• Develop and implement plans based on sales forecasts, orders, and capacity.
• Coordinate resources across production, procurement, and warehousing to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage inventory and optimize structure to reduce obsolescence and capital lockup.
• Promote PMC optimization and ERP/MRP usage to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and lead the PMC team to meet departmental goals.

Responsibility :

1. Responsible for the overall management of the company's Production Planning (PC) and Material Planning (MC), ensuring efficient operation of production and the supply chain;

2. Develop and implement production plans and material requirements plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity;

3. Coordinate resources from production, procurement, warehousing, and other relevant departments to ensure material supply and timely order delivery;

4. Responsible for inventory management and inventory structure optimization, reducing the risks of obsolete inventory, material shortages, and inventory capital tied up;

5. Promote PMC process optimization and the application of ERP/MRP systems to continuously improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency;

6. Responsible for the construction and management of the PMC team, enhancing the team's professional capabilities and execution, and driving the achievement of departmental goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields preferred;

2. Minimum 6 years of experience in PMC, Production Planning, Material Planning, or Supply Chain Management, and minimum 2 years of team management experience;

3. Familiar with PMC management processes, proficient in MPS, MRP, inventory management, and production planning logic, with experience in bonded factories preferred;

4. Familiar with ERP/MRP system applications, possessing strong data analysis and problem-solving skills;

5. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and project driving ability, capable of independently managing supply chain-related work;

6. Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented, with strong stress resistance and team management skills.
